Fralinger Engineering Announces New Certified Municipal Engineer

Albert A. Fralinger, Jr., Chairman of the Board and founder of Fralinger Engineering PA is pleased to announce his grandson, J. Michael Fralinger, Jr. has become licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Certified Municipal Engineer. J. Michael Fralinger Jr. is the son of the late J. Michael Fralinger, Sr.

The Certified Municipal Engineering program is an intensive year-long training program covering all aspects of municipal engineering. Michael is currently a New Jersey licensed Civil Engineer at Fralinger Engineering. Michael currently handles all aspects of engineering design for various private and municipal clients.

Michael graduated from Villanova University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Michael and his wife Antoinette currently reside in Upper Deerfield Township.

Fralinger Engineering’s corporate office is located at 629 Shiloh Pike in Hopewell Township, Cumberland County. They also have a branch office located at 115 Fifth Street, City of Salem, Salem County. Fralinger Engineering is a full-service civil engineering, land surveying and environmental firm, which has been serving the South Jersey area since 1966.
