Charles M. Fralinger, PLS
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Charles "Chuck" Fralinger oversees all daily operations and departments within the firm.  In addition, Chuck serves as a Project Manager for numerous land surveying projects utilizing Global Positioning Surveying (GPS), including project estimating, research, network design, GPS data collection and post processing.

Chuck is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Civil Engineering and a BS in Land Surveying from Spring Garden College.  He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the States of New Jersey and Delaware.
