Carl Gaskill has over 30 years' engineering and land surveying experience with Fralinger Engineering.  He supervises all operations at the Salem, NJ, branch office.  As a New Jersey Certified Municipal Engineer, he represents the Firm for the municipalities it serves in the Salem County area.  His professional registrations include those of Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Carl is a graduate of Drexel University.

Carl's design and re-development of the City of Salem Landfill was awarded the 2002 Municipal Engineering Project of the Year Award in the category of Municipal Construction Project by the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers.
