Albert A. Fralinger, Jr. is the founder, Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer and major stockholder of Fralinger Engineering PA. He has over 45 years' experience in civil engineering and land surveying.  A graduate of the Citadel, Mr. Fralinger is licensed as a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in the States of New Jersey, Delaware, Georgia, North and South Carolina.

He is experienced in furnishing expert testimony in various court cases involving questionable engineering practices, boundary disputes, etc.  Mr. Fralinger is past Director of Public Works for the City of Bridgeton. Today, Mr. Fralinger is primarily responsible for the public relations of the Firm. 

Mr. Fralinger recently completed 10 years of service as Commissioner of the Delaware River and Bay Authority.  He is a former Cumberland County College and Rowan University Board Member.  He presently serves as a Board Member at Colonial Bank and South Jersey Healthcare System.
